Customers at Top-up or Recharge can expect the following waiting periods:
  • Weekday Recharge or Topup between 8am and 5pm - Up to 3 Hours after successful topup or recharge to use data.
  • Weekday Recharge or Topup between 5pm and 7am - Up to 12 Hours after successful topup or recharge to use data. 
  • Weekend Recharge or Topup between Friday 5pm and Monday 7am - Up to 48 Hours after successful topup or recharge to use data.
  • NB: Customers DO NOT need to top up multiple times with the same voucher! 
  • From 20 September BluVoucher will no longer be accepted. 1Voucher or card payments only!
